You can put paint or glitter on your face or you can simply put on a big smile.
Think of things that make you happy and smile big about them.
Think of things that make you giggle and laugh big ~ try laughter yoga if you need to 'make' yourself laugh. Do it with a friend ~ for any day and every day is a good day to play and be happy!

Thank You Love in action breathing through me and all life! What a blessing it is to be alive ... I breathe into this blessing now. I breathe into my heart now and I listen to the happiness that is calling me home. Thank You dear Creator for Your holy presence now helping to align me with my happy heart and with home.
